The Felss Rotaform plants in Germany, China, Switzerland and the USA have a large machine park of forming and rotary swaging machines that can be used with great flexibility. Fully automatic transfer systems are used so that large quantities can be manufactured economically. Other working steps such as metal cutting or coating are integrated if necessary.

Both the large-batch production and smaller series and trials are completed very quickly – this in part also applies to parts that are manufactured at other sites in run-in processes.
