 Safe and efficient navigation for optimal logistics

MiR1000 is collaborative and autonomous: it maneuvers safely around all kinds of obstacles. Should a person walk out in front of it, it will make a safety stop. Advanced technology and sophisticated software enable the robot to navigate autonomously and choose the most effective route to its destination. When it meets an obstacle, it automatically navigates around it, and it is able to re-route to avoid stopping or delaying the delivery of materials.

MiR1000 is equipped with the latest laser-scanner technology and that delivers a 360-degree visual for optimal safety. 3D cameras at the front have a range of 30 to 2,000 mm above floor level, and two sensors at each corner ensure that this robot can see pallets and other obstacles, which may normally be difficult for robots to see.

 Automated pallet transportation 

MiR1000 can be deployed with pallet lifts from MiR and can pick up, transport and deliver pallets automatically. This means that the collaborative robot is a safe alternative to traditional forklifts and trucks, which many companies would like to remove from manufacturing halls, because they often cause a safety risk. At the same time, unlike more conventional pallet lifts, MiR1000 does not need to be manned, so it optimizes the transportation of pallets and frees up employees for more valuable tasks.

 Flexibility and user-friendliness increase the number of applications

With the user-friendly MiR1000 you can take full ownership of the robot from the start. MiR1000 is controlled via smartphone, tablet or computer using the intuitive MiR Robot Interface, and it can be programmed without prior programming experience. The robot can be integrated into your ERP system for fully automated solutions. The robot can also be included in MiRFleet together with other types of MiR robots, so that different robots can be controlled in the same fleet.

Depending on your requirements, you can easily change the top modules on MIR1000 with pallet lifts, a conveyor belt, a robot arm or other applications.

MiR1000 is compliant with ISO/EN 13849 and fulfils the EMC requirement for industrial and light industrial use. The rugged MiR1000 is designed for industry use with robust exterior that can withstand dropped cargo.
