MiR-robots
is a kind of indoor industrial cooperative autonomous mobile robot, which can
realize the automation of material transportation in the factory, improve the
speed of internal logistics, and liberate the employees from the repetitive and
dangerous transportation work, so as to ensure the safety and efficiency of
employees and robots, and improve productivity. MiR-robots has the
characteristics of rapid arrangement, simple programming, safety and
reliability, and does not need to change the working environment layout.
NONEAD
Lift Top System CB3 is a multi-functional top lifting system customized by
NONEAD Technology for MiR-Robots. As a standard carrier module of MiR-Robots,
it has quick installation, no additional programming, safe and reliable, etc. NONEAD
Technology has designed a series of modular standard carriers for the top
lifting system, which can be directly adapted to the lifting system. In order
to adapt to different product sizes and weights in various industries, we also
provide Base Rack and Base Cart. Users can design the upper loading platform at
will, and with the NONEAD power supply signal module, it can simultaneously
provide power and signals for the upper platform.
NONEAD
Lift Top System CB3 is powered by MiR batteries, and the control system is
installed inside, which interacts with MiR through the internal Ethernet. When
the MiR reaches the connecting position, the controller can extend the left and
right side connecting mechanism by controlling the internal electric push rod,
and actively lock the connecting mechanism of the truck. Shelf Carrier System
of NONEAD Technology is autonomously controlled by hooking, with a large
contact area, which can provide stronger traction and torque, thereby improving
the stability and reliability of the entire traction system. With the modular
design, the user can easily install it on the MiR. The quick-connect plug is
plug-and-play. The front and rear panels provide 2 safety emergency stops and
include a programmable button. In actual work, the operator can use this button
to communicate with the Mobile robots interact.
