UV disinfection, negative
ion sterilization, Spray disinfectant liquid, to completely avoid the employees
of production line to be affected by the virus.
UV Disinfection:
It was
equipped with PHILIPS non-ozone 254nm UV quartz lamp tube. The quartz material
makes the UV light more penetration, powerful, longer life, the maximum UV
power is 8*30W=240W, the fixed irradiation can cover the area with diameter up
to15 meters, AI human protection.
Negative ion sterilization:
The
fixed irradiation can cover the area of 10 square meters, no radiation, no
ozone, no consumables, absorption of PM0.007 particle, remove large ions
through gravity and electric attraction, bacteria is combined with negative ion,
its structure changed or energy lost, which will lead to death and fall to the
ground in the end.
Spray disinfectant liquid：
Auto
quick spray of disinfectant liquid and spraying to the required area, can
effectively clean the air. (usage100mg/L hypochlorous acid disinfectant liquid,
the dosage of 5ml/m3), spray volume 1500ml/h for 80 square meters
with 13L tank.
The chassis is equipped with
MiR-Robots MiR100 industrial collaborative mobile robot which is capable for laser
navigation, autonomous map building, automatic operation, autonomous obstacle
avoidance, autonomous elevator up and down, cross-floor work. It leads the
industry. The autonomous charging system can ensure the robot to work
continuously for 7*24 hours.
Its working time and area
can be set by end user. The ABI (automatic biometric identification) can
monitor and detect any person who enters into the area 8 meters away from the
robot. Then the UV lamp will be powered off, cleaning process will halt. It
will not be resumed until the person leaves, which can avoid UV hazard.
Apply to factories, offices,
public places, and other crowded places, in house only. The safety grade is PLD
(highest industrial safety standard) The UV lamp complies with GB19258-2012.
